I weighed in today at 160.5!! I just can't believe this is working - but it is!
I'm SO happy I found this "diet." I knew I needed desperately to continue with low carb in order to lose the rest of my weight, but regular low carb was just so hard to stick to, so I was constantly failing.
Breakfast: 2 eggs, green pepper, scrambled
Lunch - baked fish in sesame seed oil and green beans w/butter
Dinner: Beef roast w/broth, 1/4 (dry) steel cut oatmeal w/ 1/2 banana, green beans w/butter, small salad w/mayo, 1 oreo cookie.
I've noticed my need for "super junky" carbs is less the last few days (hence the oatmeal instead of cake or noodles).
