Thanks Janice! Now I guess I know why my muscles aren't developing like I thought they would.
So, today after my LBWO I will eat a HC bar within 20 minutes. Tomorrow, after my HIIT, I will wait an hour to eat. Does that sound right?
Yes, I am enjoying the challenge. For the first time since High School I am below 199! My body feels tighter, and I feel more alert and charged on weight lifting days. I am already starting to think of this as a life change, instead of a 12 week challenge.
I briefly dropped by your journal and will go back for more inspiration a bit later. Your meals look fabulous! Man, would I love to have steak and prawns for lunch.
