Default need some help

I started adkins 1-2-04, started out great! dropped 14lbs. in the first 15 days, feeling better, looking better, confidence is great. But since then I have not lost a pound. I'm sticking to my plan, I have'nt cheated at all, I still feel like the fat is coming off, my clothes are getting looser, my muscle tone is getting firmer, but I'm not shedding any pounds. Can any one shed some light on what I might need to do help my progress?

That's very common. It's only a stall if you aren't losing weight OR inches (discouraging, I know). Hang in there, the whoosh will eventually come and the weight will follow the inches.

Some of us find as we've done this awhile we have to start playing with the diet some. Seems like our bodies get used to the lc way we're eating and we have to make some changes to keep the weight coming off. For instance, nuts weren't a problem for me for a long time--but recently I started having some stalling problems and have cut them from my eating plan for awhile. Cheese is another common culprit.

Good luck.
