Default Bacon

After 3 days of adding bacon and eggs back into my morning routine, 2 of those lbs I gained back are gone and I feel full all day long, having to force myself to eat lunch, as I know skipping meals is not a good idea.

Oh, bacon. How I love it. It's probably the extra fat that's making you feel so full all day. Whatever it is, I'm glad it's working for you!

A few years ago when I was suffering through a low-fat, high-carb diet, I would never have believed it if someone told me the key to weight loss was BACON!

No kidding Hilary! I used to be like "those people are crazy if they think peanut butter and bacon are the key to weightloss."

My friend jokes with me "Don't forget to eat your bacon"... as though its my daily medication or something...but consarnit! IT WORKS!
