Starting out...
I'm on day two of induction. So far I feel no different than normal. I'm exercising heavily, like I'm used to. I feel no withdrawal symptoms. No headaches, no extreme fatigue. Is this a good sign, or with I start feeling it tomorrow or the next day when my glycogen stores are depleted?
Also, I have a confession. I have had some diet coke with caffeine. I hope this doesn't do any damage. I also had some monterey jack cheese, which I believe is processed. I feel a little bit guilty. I am making myself stay around 1500 calories. So, I feel with all of my physical activity and slightly imperfect diet, I should lose some weight. What do you all think about my beginning?
