Question Weekend Mess Up???

Ok I was on the last day of induction this Saturday.
My husband and I went to a steakhouse for dinner.Out comes the hot bread ! I ate a very small slice of it with butter but did well the rest of dinner. Think this will make a big difference?
After that I have been scared to up my carbs. Maybe I should just stay on induction for 2 more weeks???

Congrats on your loss so far! No, I don't think that little bit of bread will hurt, just don't make it a habbit. The really good thing is that you stopped b4 it became a full-fleged binge (something I have trouble doing). As far as staying on induction, thats up to you but don't base your decision on the fact that you had a piece of bread. In addition, know that your loss may slow whether or not you continue induction since you are almost to your goal weight

Thanks for the advice. I think with me it is mental. I have a hard time when I think about giving up induction. I realize I am going to have to, I just think it is going to take some time.

You really should move on from the induction phase. I was scared, too, but this is a lifetime plan and 20 carbs is too low for most of us over the long haul. Go slow and see what your body wants.
