Default Nutrawize bagels

Hey all,

Just wanted to see if anyone sees a problem or hidden carbs below. I ran the hidden carb counter and it didnt show any hidden carbs but these bagels are so good Im skeptical.

Suggested Serving : 1oz (I weighed the bagel came out to 4 oz) :

Calories: 52
Fat: 4g
Sugar: 0
Cholesterol: 0
Carb: 5g
Fiber: 4g
Protein: 1g

Ingredients: Almond FLour, soy flour, bran flour, whole wheat flour, oat flour, sunflower seeds, sesame flour, unbleached flour, vital wheat, wheat germ, salt, anise seeds, sucralose, cream of tartar, egg whites, soybean oil, dry yeast, water, soy protein, sesame seeds.

I bought these "7-grain fiber bagels (sesame) " from Vitamin Hut in town, not cheap $5.99, but really good. Is there a lie in the nutritional guide or do I just miss bread so much anything remotely close tastes good?

I've had those. Yummy. (I like the marble ones.)

The counts are accurate.

Soy flour contributes more protein than carb.
Almond flour contributes more fat than carb.

Enjoy, if it doesn't stall you. (The naturally occuring mold in almond flour can stop loss, just as eating nuts themselves could.)
