Junk Food and Cardio

I am so disgusted!!!! I live in a rural area and the road I walk(hope soon to jog)down has fields and bushy areas on either side of the road - well at this time of year with the snow melting the ditches are revealing a harvest of garbage accumulated during the winter months. People are not only making their bodies less beautiful by filling them with junk foods they are destroying the land. We only have a MacDonalds, a Burger King and a Tim Hortons on the way into town and a Macs Milk(convenience store) and the ditches are littered with Big Mac Boxes, FrenchFry cardboards, Drink cups, soft drink cans, donut boxes, chocolate bar wrappers, cigarette packs, beer and liquor bottles(wow watch out for those drivers). The only evidence of a low carber evident today was perhaps the 1 whipping cream carton - . Eating natural less processed foods also means less junk to ruin the enviroment.

I don't understand how people can throw garbage out of a car window. When I smoked - I had a hard time butting out a cigarette on the ground - it just felt wrong to do that - I taught my kids if there was no garbage can around to bring it home not just throw it in the ditch!!!
