Thumbs up Yup!

Shakes, sweats, felt like I was going to pass out. All of that. It was awful but it doesn't last long. Stick it out and you'll feel great on the other side! Your body is just fighting you...it doesn't want to give up the sugars. Don't give in...it just makes the detox last longer!

Hang in there! It will go away. I had headaches, shakes, lightheaded, the works and had to force myself to continue. The one thing that saved me was that I wasn't hungry.
I had crashes in the afternoon yesterday and the day before but that hasn't happened today..........yet. Don't think it's going to. Day 14 of Induction.

Good luck.

It seems that some pretty major changes take place once we lose so much weight so fast. It takes the body a while to adjust. I had some of that; a little. But if it doesn't stop soon, then you should check with your doctor.

Good Luck!
