Most grocery stores have them in Canada and the US. Look in the aisle with the crackers.

Are they low carb? I have seen them at Trader Joes but didn't look at the info.

They do not advertise as being low carb. I have bought them at grocery stores, not all stores carry them. They have different flavors. I think the one I bought last was rhy and it had 7 net carbs. Not exactally low carb but I use to eat these before lc'ing and loved them. So they are a treat to me.
I put cream cheese instead of mayo, then add lunch meat or some kind of meat and eat one cracker as a sandwich.

I saw an advertisement for them that said the fiber rye kind had only 5 net carbs. It is hard to find certain things in Guam, and you can't order most things online because the shipping is way too expensive.
