Hello!! I'm a little new to this. So please help me if I am doing this all wrong. I usually work out 3-4 days per week. I do weights 3 days and 40 minutes of cardio. If I go a fourth day I do 1 hour of cardio. I tried to do the split thing, but I actually like doing all of the weights daily, again...is that ok?
I am going to the Gym today--2nd day this week.
I was told to do only 1 rep of 12-15 on each machine since I am trying to lose weight....Is that right?
This is what I do 3 days a week
Treadmill-3 minute warm up
Seated Leg Press---------25lb------1 x 15
Lever Leg Extension------25lb-------1 x 15
Lying Leg Curl------------20lb-------1 x 15
Seated Hip Abductors----50lb--------1 x 15
Seated Hip Adductors----50lb--------1 x 15
Lever Tricep Dip---------40lb--------1 x 15
Seated Row (Back)------40lb-------- 1 x 15
Shoulder Press----------25lbs--------1 x 15
Chest Press-------------25lbs--------1 x 15
Cardio----40 minutes
5 minutes cool down
At home: Sit-ups using the ball
Regular 3 x 15
Side to Side....each side 3 x 15
On my 4th day---If there is one.
20min---Elliptical
20min--Treadmill
20min--Stair Stepper
At home: Sit-ups using the ball
Regular 3 x 15
Side to Side....each side 3 x 15
I used to hate working out. I usually go about an hour after dinner. It's the only time I have to go. I feel so bloated after dinner, I feel horrible. After I get done working out, I feel good and feel like I have taken some of that dinner off my body. It makes me feel good! Any Suggestions would help greatly!! I am still new at this.
