Default 3-25-03 food diary on the atkins

2 hard boiled eggs without yolks
3 scrambled eggs with shredded cheese handful, sliced ham
20 oz water
12 cheese cubes
20oz water
Can green beans
20 oz water
Half baked chicken breast
20oz water
2 cheeseburger nothing on it but cheese
20 oz water
2 slim Jim they are small
Sugar free bubble double gum
Spinach salad with green pepper, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, bacon bits, ranch dressing don’t know how much, hard egg, cucumbers
3 fried fish with cornmeal shaked off real good
Diet Pepsi caffeine free
2 fried fish

Default Just a few observations...

Your menu looks pretty good...but I think you may be overdoing it on the cheese. You're really supposed to limit it to 3-4 ounces per day. That may be slowing you down. Also, instead of breadding your fish in cornmeal, try crushed pork rinds. Other than that, you're doing fine!

To me that sounds like a massive amount of food...however...I have no appetite on this WOL, so I sometimes struggle to eat enough!
I agree with Tricia...skip the cornmeal and WATCH THAT CHEESE!!!
Other than that you are looking good!
