Smile An Introduction

Greetings to all. I am new to this board and thought I might introduce myself to you in hopes of learning more and perhaps finding others who enjoy this woe in the maritimes and particularly New Brunswick. I am originally born and bred in Ontario but moved to NB 13 months ago with my hubby and children.

I used to work out every day at the gym. I got up at 5:30 am, went for a weight training and aerobically varied excercise program designed by an instructor. I lost 50 pounds and have kept it off. The first 35 was just from drinking water ..3-4 litres a day..then I plateaued. That was when I hit the gym and lost the next 15. It was not as much as the 35 but boy, I knew I worked to get it off!

I have kept that 50 pounds off for 1.5 years. I moved just over a year ago as I said and into the *bush*, as it were. There is no gym available to me here. I have done step at home and light weights and ab crunches on an off and on basis.

Since I started lc'ing..what is it now..about 29 days ago...I have lost 8 pounds and numerous inches. I am well pleased with this woe and look forward to continuing. This Monday I began to start my days, Monday to Friday, with excercise. I figure I deserve the weekend off

My stats are 180/172/160 as my first goal. Oct 17/01
150 will become my second goal once I make it to 160!
