You can get them at the drug store. I got mine at Rite Aid and I had to ask the pharmacist because they were behind the counter.

They'll tell you wether you are producing ketones in your urine.

Good luck

I've not used them. There were so many posts that said too many things could affect the results and then you drive youself crazy trying to interpet the results YMMV

Good luck.

You can get them on Ebay for $3.00. Much cheaper than a pharmacy.

I use them all the time and the colour for me is constantly dark purple, so i know i'm producing ketones...

i feel it gives me extra confidence and also extra reassurance that I am doing well and not taking in any hidden carbs or sugars in my chosen food...

all the best, i'd say they were well worth getting, even if its just from a psychological point of view..

Tony

ketostrip tell you if there are keytones in your pee. For some people they are a good indicator of keytosis. For me, if its dark purple then I am on the right track. They also help me figure out what I can and cannot eat while in ketosis. I like the Bayer Brand personally. However, lots of people find that they do not get a change in colour on the strip, yet they still lose weight.
