Default Think about it...

When you only have 25 pounds to lose, 5 is actually a lot. I know that's not comforting, but the Atkins way of eating is not supposed to be a quick fix fast weight loss system. Your progress is actually great considering that you have probably lost weight without feeling deprived. Don't give up! Even if you lose slowly, you'll become healthier in the process.

I hope you start to feel better. Could you be bloated from too much salt or time of the month? One of my favorite parts about this way of eating is that I never feel bloated, so you may want to examine why you do.

Good luck, we're always here for support.

I was bloated, I think it was from too much salt. I no longer salt my meat but I do eat some pork rinds. Just cutting down some has helped. Perhaps in time as you stay on this way of eating you will be able to cut back on the prozac. I know that cutting out sugar and carbs sure helped my mood swings.

Best of Luck! Stick with it!

Katie
