I do plan to consult my physician before I attempt to get pregnant, but i would like a little info from anyone who might be able to help. I would like to lose 50 lbs of my goal and then start trying to become pregnant. Does anyone know if I can maintain an LC wol while pregnant? I realize I would not be able to continue weight loss guidelines, but is there a way to avoid sliding back into the carb eat habit? I'd like to be able to resume losing after delivery. Anyone know where I can find med info on this topic?
