Fast food friendly
I am one of those 20 somethings who don't cook. It's not that I don't like cooking but my fiance(husband 2 weeks!!!) and I work odd hours. My fiance is a very picky eater and a carb addict so it's difficult to prepair things that he likes even when we do manage to sneek dinner in together. I have found a way to enjoy fast food without all those carbs. I thought I might shair some of my discoveries with you. I am on matienence so be warned that I have taken some liberties.
Burger King: Double whopper with cheese, extra veggies, no ketchup, no bun. Side salad with ceaser dressing. Their veggie burgers are out of this world.
Mcdonalds- Those awful skimpy salad shakers. Sometimes I'll order a double quarter pounder with cheese. no bun.
Wendys- blt salad with blue cheese dressing. Wonderful Brillant salad!!!
Blimpe- Tuna salad, turkey, chef, chcken ect salad platters
chinese-Beef and chicken sticks(I tell them to cook it in soy sauce) Hot and sour soup, egg drop soup
Ice cream- there is a place down the street from me that sells fat free sugar free Choclate chery garcia. I know that the ice cream has carb becase it is made from skim milk but I eat it all the time and it hasnt seemed to effect my weight
