Question Need a new ground beef recipe for dinner

I know I can make a hamburger (without bun) or a taco salad, but I want something new to try. What are your favorite ground beef recipes and don't forget to include the net carbs please. TIA

Check out the post I just made in this forum, Bacon Cheeseburger Quiche. Only 2 net carbs, and SO good! Easy to make, too.

I'm sorry I don't know the carb count but its not real high. This is so good, I don't measure - I just throw things in. This recipe was originally the mixture stuffed into sandwich rolls and baked. I just subtracted the bread. Actually the last time I made it I had it on a piece of low carb bread and it was even better.

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c mayo (just to moisten the mixture)
1/2 tomato
1/2 green pepper
2-3 slices onion, chopped
1/2-3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
salt/pepper

brown the ground beef and drain the fat. Turn off the heat and add chopped tomato, green pepper, and onion to your liking. Mix in mayo to moisten. Next add salt & pepper and shredded cheddar cheese. Serve and enjoy.
