Default ketosis ?

I am up to 25 carbs a day now....I added five carbs about two week ago....Before that I have been on 20 carbs for over two months....Every time I checked my ketosis sticks, they have never changed colour no matter what time of day I have tried (my sticks are not out dated either).......I have not been losing but I keep thinking it's because I don't have much to lose ..... My calories are pretty high on some days, between 1200 to 1500 most days and 1700 on rare days....Is this okay?.......I do not cheat ....I don't know what else to do to lose these last 5 pounds.....Julie

OK, it's only 5 pounds.
This means that it going to be particularly difficult to get rid og them.
Your body is happy being at a healthy weight and will do it's best not o move off it.

You have 2 choices:

1) Just keep slogging at it, eventaully you will start to lose again but it may take a long time.

2) Be happy at 130 lbs. Chaneg your goal to toneing up rather than losing weight.
Ask yourself if youwant to weigh less or look better?
