Anyone know how to get nutrition info for restaraunts. I went to IHOP today and had the Colorado Omlet. Got home and figured I could go to the website of IHOP and get the values to figure out my net carbs but they dont give it. Any ideas on how to get this info?

A lot of restaraunt chains do have it on the web so I am surprised they do not. Generally, I just estimate as best I can. I hate to be the one to tell you this but most of us never eat omlettes at IHOP because they use flour in the egg batter. There was a thread going on about this last year and someone actually called them and asked if it was true and they said yes. Most places do not add flour though.

Keep up the good work! An omlette is a great choice for you so I am sorry to tell you that IHOP is an exception, and i love IHOP.

Sorry, I can't help you with IHOP's, but you'll find nutritional info for lots of other restaurants here.

Cheers.
