It has caffeine and a lot of the old Xenadrine ingredients, like orange peel and stuff, but I am not trying it before you do

I'll keep my ears open for other people's experiences with it. I am just getting into an EC cycle, so I will be on ephedrine or an ephedrine-like product for the next few months.

After that, I may go on Xenadrine EFX to see how it holds up ... assuming ephedrine/ephedra doesn't get banned first ... LOL

If it does, I'll be down Chinatown getting ma huang from one of the Asian herbalists.

How's it doing mate, I've been following the Quadrafit plan for 7 mths now and made some gains -alot in the muscle mass but the fat loss has been less evident sadly around the lower back area -top of the hips.

Im now resorting to the suggestions on P4 of your book Xenadrine...but the EFX version. When I read about the ;'scares' of effedrine on www.musletalk.co.uk it seemed to have alot of PSYCHO side effects ..I note here above that you were gonna give EFX a try.
According to "jackhammer" on the website above we are wasting our time if its NON efedrine.
What was your conclusion ..and am I wasting my money

Plerase reply -does EFX free work or how can I get hold of efedrine in HK what cough medicine contains it. Since I cant take alcohol the mnedicine must be alkohol free...Youre the expert afterall. !!!~~~~~

I hate to knock it due to Ephedrine's bad rep and problems, but I took it and didn't notice much of anything. (I'm used to some sort of CRAZY speed-like energy rush from other similar products) Of course, I wasn't on the LC plan at the time OR exercising much.. Or taking it on a real regular basis. So maybe if I took it now that I'm being good about eating and exercise it might do something.

But for now I'm going to buy Xenadrine RFA, the hardcore stuff.

Hopefully if someone else has success with EFX they'll let us know.
