Is Barbeque sauce ok!

I was wondering if anyone had information on BBQ sauce I know 1 serving size is 12carbs so I was thinking would it be ok if I had just 1Tbsp which is only 6carbs if thats the only carbs I have all day. I'm just getting bored with chicken and just spices and need something to kick it up a bit. Let me know Thanks Kelly.....

If it isn't sugar-free the answer should be no. There are recipes in some of the books and on some sites for sauce. You can also order no-carb sauces from internet sites (they usually have phone numbers if you aren't comfortable ordering on-line). It is not a good idea to only eat 6 carbs per day. You should try to stay around 20 & eat your veggies! Hope this helps!
