Default Cooking With Sherry - How Many carbs?

Hi all. I just finished cooking myself some chicken following the recipe here

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=svjWd9yxL-k

Now I'm wondering what the carb count is for sherry. I used about a cup of it. Very tasty meal by the way and very quick

According to http://www.annecollins.com/dietary-...rbs-alcohol.htm
Sherry has 3 carbs per 2 fluid ounces (1/8th cup) serving

8 fluid ounces (or 1 cup) of dry sherry has 27.5 carbs. (According to Calorie King)
Sweet or cream sherry has 32.3g carbs.

Try to get into the habit of checking ingredients nutrition information before using them - it saves lots of worrying and regret!!
