Hello and welcome! Many of us here use http://www.fitday.com They have an on-line version and a version for the PC, so if money's an issue, you don't have to spend even one penny to use it! It's great because it has some pre-prepared foods, but also has about every ingredient you could ever think of putting in a food. You can also make up your own recipes and add them as custom foods (you do need to know the calories, carbohydrates, fat, protein, etc., etc.). And if you have products you buy that aren't listed you can add those too, as long as you have the nutrient info for them.
Just be warned, though. Some of the defaults are a little funky, like when you add 'eggs, raw' to your list, it shows up as one cup of eggs, so you do need to frequently change portions. But it's easy to use and very handy.
Best to you!
