Default How much is an ounce of hazlenuts?

I love Hazelnuts or any nuts but those in particular and I was wondering if anyone knows how many equals an ounce? Thanks!

Also, I bought unsweetened blueberries but the carb count is 12 carbs, is that okay?

I would guess that it would be between 17-22 nuts depending how big they are. There are about 18 almonds in an ounce (according to my scale).
Blueberries are soooooooooo goooood and I have a real problem controlling portions (love that heavy cream and splenda!) But the blueberries per fitday are: one cup = 20.49 carbs (ouch!!!) and only 3.92 fiber (which you can subtract for a total of 16.57 carbs per cup) You should try to limit berry amounts and if you are on induction both the nuts and berries are off limits.... sorry
