Are you more hungry during ketosis?
For the past 2 days I have been eating enough but I have been starving! Like my stomach feels empty and I get those hunger pains. This has never happened to me before on Atkins. It is my 7th day and I am in moderate ketosis. I'm guessing its got to be ketosis since I've never got to this before..
Anyways its only 11:am and I had a salad and 2cups of chicken with butter and oil of course..
My totals so far off of Fitday are..

Whats wrong with me and why am I so hungry still? I'm drinking my water..I don't have PMS and Its only 11:00am, by 11:00 tonight I'm probably going to hit 3,000 calories..eck I'm scared now.
