Default Need help selecting a good vitamin

Currently, I am finishing off a bottle of One-A-Day that I had purchased before starting Atkins on Jan 26th. I probably have about 4 more days of these.

What multi do most people on LC (Atkins in particular) use? I just want to make sure that I don't use ANY thing that will stop me from losing this weight.

Thanks
Tricia

Default I like GNC

But I'd have to add, it's not the vitamins that have stalled my weight loss when it's been stalled. Also, I take a BOATLOAD of additional supplements besides what's in the "multi" and many of them have helped with weight loss.

I would say any good, wide spectrum, multi vitamin and mineral where the dose is two pills and contains no sugar or starches. GNS and Rite Aid's Pharmasure brands come to mind.
