That is the problem, nothing was written on the packaging other than "Hi Protein Flour 12-13%". I bought it from the organic food corner in a supermarket.

When I opened it up and smell it to check weather if it is bread flour but it smelled different from bread flour. It also has got a very pale yellowish look.

It might be soy flour, it's hard to say. My guess is it's a blend of wheat and soy flour, so I wouldn't use it unless I knew the carb count for sure.

High protein flour - also known as bread flour - contains 12 -13% protein. The rest is composed mainly of carbohydrates with a little moisture and fat. One cup of this flour contains around 96 grams of carbohydrate per cup, so I would give a definite "no" to your question. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
