I am not using Atkins supplements.. can I even get them in canada? asked at the GNC and was told they cant be shipped over here..

Anyway.. I am taking a Mega GNC womens vitamin as it was recomended by someone. I was reading the label today and noticed it has 13.5 mg of iron per pill.. I take 2 a day...

I think I remember reading iron is not good....
Your advice??
