Default kiss or fat fast

I've been stalled since Jan.22 I only have 8-10lbs left to lose and I look good. Everyone tells me not lose anymore. But I'm joining the Air Force and want to get way under my max weight which whould be about 125-130. I've been on induction since October and havent cheated or fallen off the wagon at all. I've added an occassional low carb treat every now and then and then some nuts recently. I havent lost any inches or pounds and I'm always at 20 carbs or less a day. I've been trying to decide what the best way to break a stall is, I"m too scared to cheat and eat carbs, but I've been considering trying KISS or Fat Fast. Does anyone know which one works better, it would make sense that KISS would but this seems very difficult. Any advice would be helpful b/c I'm not sure what to do. I also take oil of oregeno and accidophilus just in case it was a yeast problem.

where can I buy keto stix?

Thanks

Drink lots of water, cut out the Low Carb treats go back on hardcore induction. If you eat carbs try and get it from veggies. Not sure if you are working out but keeping your body moving will help also getting the full 8-9 hrs of sleep helps too.

The stix can be bought at any pharmacy. You can get them on several online retailers. ie vitaglo.com or betrition.com

Stillman's the greatest stall breaker of them all.

I've just lost 6.2 lbs in a week after being stalled for ages. Try it for a week then go back onto strict induction.

A stall is 4-6 weeks with no weight or inches lost. Has it been that long and have you been measuring? Rememebr Atkins isn't a quick weight loss diet, it's a way to develop eating habits you can stick with in order to maintain.

I do enjoy kiss, I find it cleans the system, kind of clears the mind and gets rid of cravings. It can also kick start weight loss. It does get boring within a week though.

Since you only have 8-10 pounds to lose, and you are within a health weight for your height it will be slow loss. Develop a new exercise program to shake your body up and get yoru body fat tested to see how much you actually need to lose.

Thank you for the advice. I think I"ll just stop all together with the low carb treats and cut back on artificial sweeteners.
