Default week 1 induction..

Well I did my first week of induction after LC for 2 yrs. I broke my 2 wk stall and lost 2 pounds. I think i will do even better this week. BTW does anyone have a good suggestion about how I can add some more fat to my diet. I still don't think that i get enough. I cook with butter, and eat lots of mayo and ranch.

Congrats bigguyjonc!!

I know this sounds gross but to keep my fats up I have a tablespoon of olive oil with my hardboiled eggs and spinach.
