Make Myself Work Out
Restarted Atkins today and, for now, I will concentrate my exercise efforts on trying to reach 10000 steps per day (if my pedometer ever gets here!) and some biking.
I won't be going to the gym for a while. I used to be a real gym rat when I was young and it serves me right that after I was a jerk (whether verbally or not) towards all those "lazy fat people" I am now one of those people I so misguidedly despised.
I should take my medicine, I guess. But I've got enough on my plate!
