Hey Guys!!! I am having a hard time drinking enough water. I don't like water and am hardly ever thirsty and I really want to gag when I drink it when I am not thirsty. Any suggestions????

Hi Gretchen!

I don't know if this will help, but the only way I have EVER been able to get water down is to drink it at room temp. I keep a full Brita on the counter all day. Some people find that revolting, but it works for me!

Lolli-J I'm like you. I keep a brita on the counter also. I drink 32 oz. before going to work, I take a 32 oz. mug to work with me - bring it home at lunch and refill. I guess that makes 96 oz. plus what I drink at night. I started this about a week ago (I've alway drank alot of water). I can't drink ice cold water tho.

I agree the only way I can drink water is if its room temp. Have you tried to put a little lemon in your water? I love lemon is my water, i think one whole lemon is 5 carbs, so beware.

I do find it a lot easier to drink it at room temp, I wonder why that is????? I still don't like it, I hate drinking anything when I am not actually thirsty, but I guess I will have to get used to it. I do drink bottled water, tap would make me puke for sure. Thanks for the input.

Hi,

2- 3 liters of water is a must , not only for weight loss but also to stay healthy during this WOE. Losing weight makes our kidneys work overtime to get rid of the toxins previously stored in retained water and fat tissue.
Look here...

Good luck!

Alina
