Cool hi everyone

hi there i am just getting back on this. i have tried the atkins diet before and never got above staying on it for more than 4 days because of the meals being so expensive. I spent $30 on preparing 1 dinner and i was still leaving out some things. that cost way too much, but i have recently found out it doesn't have to be that way so here i go again.

Default Hello

Welcome...I know what you mean about not having tons of money to spend on food. I just try to keep it simple hamburger patties, chicken breast, pork chops, eggs and then a low carb vegi like califlower with cheese for the whole family and I will make a side for hubby and the kids...rice, corn etc..

I also make a big salad and put it in a bowl lined with paper towels and cover with saran wrap and just take out how much I need for each day and put it in a baggie or small bowl for work.

Well I'm glad your trying again...feel free to stop by my journal and see me or talk!!!
