Question Yogurt Drink (Labane)

This yogurt drink can be found in most mediteranian and kosher food stores. It has only 2 g carb/ serving and has lots of fat and protein.
My question is, are we allowed to have that during the induction phase or any phase at all for that matter.
thanks

We habve yogurt drinks here too but they are much higher in carbs than the one you mention. How much is a serving? Stuff here is measured per 100g.

As long as you include the 2g or whatever into your total I don't see any reason why you shouldn't have these drinks. Maybe better when you are out of induction though.

Default yogurt drink

Hi,
It is 2 serving per bottle, and thus 2g of carb/serving.
I was also very surprised but I guess I am going to call the company and double check with them.
Thanks for your advice, I will be including them after induction.
