Oh, yes, there are plenty of hot sauces that are induction friendly.
Most of the cayenne sauces (Frank's Red Hot, Tabasco, Texas Pete, Crystal, Cajun Power) are zero carb. I use Frank's as a staple condiment, where most folks would be using ketchup.
Some of the boutique sauces, like Tiger, Dave's Insanity, ***-Kickin, and others with names I shouldn't post on a family Forum, have molasses or honey in them to balance the heat or add flavor, so you should watch out for them. It was a sad day when I had to clean out the Shelf-o-Sauces to just the ones I could use.
Tomato based salsas all have some carbs, some from the tomato and others from sweeteners. Your best bet for salsa is to make your own homemade; you can control the flavor to just how you like it and keep the carb count very low.
Hope this helps!
