I'm BACK!!
Greetings!!
I was a regular on this forum from January till June of 2003. I lost 50 pounds during that period. When I got off the diet I continued to watch my intake (without watching carbs) and took up running. I ran in several of the local races. I lost an additional 15 pounds running. I actually won a trophy at one of the races! Well the holidays were too good for me, I gained 6 pounds. So I am back for a few months. My present weight is 240 and my new goal is 200. I hope to be there by June. Today is my first day of low carbs.
I tell ya'! It is amazing how many people ask me for advice about the diet!! I am constantly amazed at how much new stuff is coming out that is labeled low carb.
