Question Wasabe?

Anyone know how many carbs (if any) are in Wasabe (the green spicy blob)? I love piling that on my sushi, so I want to be prepared next time I go.

Also, does eel have carbs? Is there a site that talks about carbs in sushi (minus the kind rolled in rice, obviously that has plenty).

Thanks

Eel is usually prepared with a sweet, sugary sauce, but naked, it has no carbs. Fish and meat protein (except for shellfish and crustaceans) does not have any carbs.

Did you know that there is a Carb Finding Tool right on this site? It's in the Tools in the red bar at the top of the page.

I am a sushi junkie,

Ive just started this diet, and ii eat a sashimi lunch and a roll called a "Naruto" which has cucumber instead of rice on the outside, and fish on the inside..

it is good, and quelled my worries about having to give up my favorite food

eel is barbecued...
