i am new at this and have a question regarding the use of Lipolysis Strips. Does anyone find them to be useful? If so, where do I get them?

You do not need to use the strips. They are unreliable. I have never used one because I didn't want to waste the money.

If you must get them, you should be able to ask for them at any pharmacy where they are sold for diabetics who must not be in ketosis.

You don't need them to do low-carb or even to know if you are in ketosis - - look for the symptoms of ketosis - but for me, it is like a "game" -- I have a bottle of these strips and use them on occasion when my sysmptoms are not pronounced or when I am slowing down in weight/inch loss just to make sure I am in ketosis. They can be purchased in drug stores or the internet.
