Question Sugar Free Pudding Mix

I notice lots of interesting looking recipes that call for sugar free pudding mixes.

Does anyone know if we can get these here in Australia?

If so, a particular brand I should be looking for? Place to get it?

Cheers,

Wabi

Default Sugar Free Pudding

Wabi,

Go to:
http://www.usafoods.com.au/index.htm

do a search on Jello

You will get 2 hits described as Jello F/F which stands for fat free. These puddings are also sugar free. The main sweetener is aspartame.

What about the weight watchers mixes? I guess you mean the ones you mix with milk and make like a mousse.

Thanks Pierre and Jaddles,

I checked the WW mixes, and while they might be low-fat, they're still pretty high in carbs.

I really want to avoid anything with those nasty sweeteners, too.

So, I'll go back to exploring the recipe boards for other goodies.

Thanks again,
Wabi

Skim milk is what is supposed to be used for WW sugarfree puddings, it is high in carbs, use cream instead. I mixed cream and water to the consistancy of skim milk and made it that way. just over a tablespoon of cream <1 gram carbs
