Default Bad Bunny!

Ugh Ive been very bad, and I feel like crap. I went dancing last night, and at first I was doing really well. I stuck to my rum and diet soda, along with one low carb beer. Well since I dont drink much on this WOE, it wasnt long before I was drunk. Then the bartender kept buying me drinks and doing shots with me. I ended up having some high carb drinks, I lost my will power, grrrrr! I guess Im going to have to slow down on the drinking when I go out or just not drink at all. Anyone else had this problem? Im so frustrated with myself, now Im just hungover and feeling guilty.

Ski bunnie, I can easily get myself into a situation like yours! When you're having fun and are a little sozzled it's easy to be influenced into eating/drinking something you shouldn't. The most important thing to do know is get straight back on track! What's done is done. After a week back on induction you'll be feeling great again! Don't get into a negative mind set and make excuses for another bad day.
Take one day at a time, and trust me, in a week your scale will be down and you'll be back in control feeling fantastic!

Been there - done that. Lets face it, alcohol does impair your reasoning/judgement. I was in that same boat not too long ago...started with LC beer and before I knew it I was drinking shots of Kamikazees and Red deaths...got sloshed...felt like crap the next day and had to get back into ketosis. Back on wagon...forget about it...and hope it does not repeat
