Thumbs up New Snack!!!

Oh my goodness you guys I just tried a recipe (sort of) that I saw on here. It was for "chips" but it's basically pepperoni that is baked until it's crispy. I also made something to put on my "chips" out of creme chees w/garlic powder & dried basil & pepper. It was an AWESOME snack! Even if I wasn't LCing it I would like these. Everybody knows that the crispy pepperonis on the pizza are the best ones anyways right?

Mmmmm............crispy pepporoni is the best. How long did you bake 'em? I love cream cheese mixed with herbs and seasonings. It rocks!! Think I might try that tomorrow. Thanks Bam!!

I usually nuke mine on paper towels until crunchy. They make good toppings for salad too.
