The article is about low-carb vs. calorie counting. This is my favorite quote:

- Carbohydrate fuels our brain and muscles; 130 g a day is the minimum required for brain function (aim for 45-65% of calories*).

I don't think I even need to comment on this one. Of course, they also provide a link on their site to low-carb products and low-carb recipes. Go figure - that is, if you can without a functioning brain...

I enjoy the logic. When you're talking low-carb, it's always:

"Restricting food choices tends to reduce total calories taken in and limits key nutrients you need." Restricting choices is dangerous and bad!

But when we're talking about sensible, healthy diets, it changes to: Avoid fats! Avoid red meat! Avoid butter, eggs, and cheese! Because, of course, making the right choices is the key to success.
