I've used "Thick-n-thin Not Starch" with good results, xanthan gum can be used, but I haven't tried it myself.

I recall seeing this somewhere, where did you get yours? We have a Publix, Winn Dixie, Albertsons, and WalMart of course. Or do I need to go by the health store.

I got mine from the Atkins Catalog waaayyyy back when I used to order from them. I don't know which stores carry it, but try Netrition. Expertfoods.com has a store locator as well.
