Default Liquid suppliment question

I have L-Carnitine in liquid form. While no sweetners except possibly pottasium sorbate (not sure if that's a sweetner) are listed on the lable, it is an orange flavor kind of sweet liquid. It has natural and artificial flavors it states. The directions say to take 2 tablespoons a day. Is this ok to take outside of RM? I seem to remember that it wasn't suposed to be taken with food.

I also have L-Glutamine powder I rarely use. If I were to get back into using this, how would I take it on CAD? It's hard to take without some DaVincci mixed, but I'll give it a go. As I remember someone recomended also not taking this with food though.

Default not sure

I haven't taken either of those supplements, so I don't know, but the first one sounds suspicious in the syrup. Whether it is natural sweetness, or artificial, if it is sweet, it should likely be taken at your RM.

Could the second one be mixed into a cup of tea?

Just curious... are these the supplements that are to help with carb cravings? You might not even need them on CAD if that is the case.
