Post Induction - to shake or not to shake?

Hi,

I am starting Atkin's diet, and wonder if I should stay away from Atkin's shakes during the induction period? Also bars?

Can anyone advise?

Thanks much

Yes. Stay away from both.

You get the best results from induction if you stay with REAL foods.

INDUCTION RULES

You *could* have a shake every now and then, but deffinetly not the bars. And if you do have a shake, don't overdue it and don't have one everyday.

Default Thanks!

SlimShAdY,

Thanks so much,

I am starting tomorrow and was hopping to get fast reply - as I stocked up on shakes a bit but after reading few posts about induction I started to wonder if I should not take them.

Glad I came across this site.

Hello.

I would try to stay away from both of them. Mostly the bars, but even shakes could be bad for induction. It is possible to create stalls, so if you see that you are not losing any lbs, try not drinking them, and it might be better.

good luck
