Question orthosiphon (cats wiskers)

hi all
i was wondering if anyone has ever heard of this stuff called orthosiphon. i got some "crap" in the mail yesterday (you know, one of the weight loss packets promising an easy way out), and i thought of trying this stuff when i get on a stall. im very happy with this WOL but i would love something to kick start losing when i need it. i have no idea if its dangerous and i cant find much on the net about it so i thought id give you guys a try- thanks to everyone in advance!!

It's a "poop tea" (sorry). When (if) you start taking anything like it, make sure it's on a Friday evening and give yourself at least 2 days for your system to accept it. You will get severe cramps and feel like you have to "go" all the time. Once you're over that, you can take it after your dinner and you will be more than regular the next morning.

Thumbs down

Doesn't sound like a very good idea. Remember that this is a long-term plan-think of how different you'll look and feel 6 months from whenever. You can beat those stalls other ways, IMHO.

I have trouble spelling too, that is why I call psyllium husk = "Silly Husks". My hubby knows what I mean.
