Good morning backatcha. It is 5:50 am here in sunny California. However, it has been chilly, in a California sort of way. I like it when temps cool down in the winter here. I am from Ohio, originally, and I am accustomed to those days that will allow you to wear a sweater or turtleneck.

Hello from frigid Atlanta! It is 20 degrees here in the sunny south. I am on day three of induction first time around. Excited about seeing the weight disappearing! Going to work out at 11. I do the elliptical trainer for 45-60 minutes and today I am in the weight room. Been an exerciser since the early 80s but have never lost fat. I love not craving food. It brightens me cold days!

Good morning from Central Illinois! It is 30 degrees here today, with a forecast of heavy snow! My kids are praying school will dismiss early..lol.

I am on week 2 of induction, and I am enjoying this diet alot. I have failed at this diet once, quitting because of the constipation! I am taking fiber now, and it has made all of the difference.

Good morning to everyone from sunny Tucson. It's 9AM here and a bit chilly (for Tucson, that is) but supposed to go up to the mid-70's by early afternoon.

I have a job interview in Kentucky in a couple of weeks. It would just KILL me to move back to where they have real winters again. I am so, SO damn spoiled.

And no matter how cold or miserable the weather is where you are today, take it to heart that it could be worse -- you could be in PORTLAND -- Oregon, that is. Those poor folks are getting hammered by mother nature in the worst way today.

My parents are snow birds, and live in FL during the winter months. My mom sent me an email complaining it was cool there....75F and windy??? HELLLO????
