Default Im Tired Of This And Im Giving Up

I've been doing low carb for awhile now and still haven't lost any weight. I know you guys might say that im on my average weight, but honestly im not!
I think the only good thing about atkins for me is that i wasn't losing weight nor gaining weight.

But yesterday, i ate a panido from jack in the box because i've been tired on this diet. I can't do it any longer. So i ate the whole thing and i tried looking up online.. It was 650 calories and 58 grms of carbohydrates, WOW, ha?

I never eaten that much carbs before, but after eating it i felt disgusting of myself and regretful that i ate the whole thing.

Any advice from you guys, should i keep doing atkins or is it okay to eat atleast 70 grms of carbs.. would it still affect my weight lost?

or can i have 70-80 grms of carbs and have low fat and still lose or maintain my weight?

If you aren't at your ideal weight, you are very close. When you get that close, it does take more time for the plan to work. You do need to make a choice tho-it's either low carb or low cal/low fat. You aren't going to be able to do both and do more than maintain.

I've never been on a diet before low carb. I was taking diet pills before so i really never been on any diet.

I see you don't have a journal. Can you list a normal menu and daily activity? Maybe that would help us to help you.

Have you thought about SBD? I believe it goes by GI (gylcemic index) and lower fat foods. Maybe you could give that a try?
It is still a LC plan, just a bit different. Check it out maybe you will see the results you want on it!

GL!

I have been carb cycling. The thread is in the general low carb section. So I go 15-20 on carb down and 30-50 carb up. It helps to not allow your body to get used to one thing. Seems to be working. Check it out.

Do you use the test strips to see if you are actually burning fat? They helped me and I found that if I did not eat a certain food they would test more positive for fat burning. I found the key foods and I have stuck to those. I would love to be your weight again, but when I was your weight I wanted to be 110 again, so I know where you are coming from. I did read from the Atkins book that if you have a plateau to go on a meat fast. I know it sounds gross, but it says in the atkins book that if you go on an all meat and 2 eggs a day fast for a 3 days, he almost always guarantees rapid weight loss to start. Try it, what do you have to lose, except some weight. You are so close to where you want to be. Good luck.

By the charts you are where you need to be. Do you have any pics you can post? If you do not want to gain weight, I would stay low carb. I just think that you are where you need to be and you body knows that also.
