Talking Eggs, eggs, eggs!!!

I was just cruising the "Health and Wellness" section of my company's intranet site, and they have a nutrition section which I haven't looked at since beginning low carb. They have a link to the Canadian Egg website, which has oodles of egg recepies!

I was so pleasantly surprised that I had to share!

http://www.canadaegg.ca/

I bet they can all be adapted to be low-carb with a little imagination and maybe some help from Karen!

Cheers,

Default I love eggs!

Really I do! I can't get over the fact that they are allowed! Thanks for the link!

Thumbs up thanks for posting

Donna,

That site has been a favourite of mine since I first got on the internet. Not only are there recipes .. and basic egg cooking tips too .. but there's interesting facts and nutrition articles, plus sections for kids, with ideas for school projects, and a craft and games section too, and pictures you can print out for the kids to colour!

Fun stuff

Doreen
